good lord. i specially made a trip down to ikea today to get myself a million more pineapple tarts, but to my dismay, they were all sold out :(

instead, i bought two little blocks of kueh lapis, one jar of kueh bangket, one jar of almond cookies, and two jars of shrimp rolls. then i lost control and bought three more tins of biscuits from V cafe at esplanade. they've got very interesting flavours - i chose hazelnut truffle, madeleine rose, and ikan bilis.

and so my day reserved for clothes shopping was turned into one for face stuffing.
